Role Overview

The Account Health & Reporting Analyst is the operational heartbeat of our TikTok Shop ecosystem. You ensure smooth performance across four shops by monitoring account health, resolving issues before they become problems, and delivering daily performance insights that guide strategic decisions.
This role blends data analysis, reporting, operational oversight, and performance monitoring.
This is a full-time VA role based in the Philippines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor TikTok Shop account health daily, including violations, delistings, expirations, policy strikes, and low-stock alerts.
     
  • Maintain clean listings and product data, partnering with Operations to ensure accuracy across all shops.
     
  • Build dashboards, trackers, and automated alerts to give the team real-time visibility into shop performance.
     
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, covering GMV, CTR, CVR, creator performance, and content-level metrics.
     
  • Analyze trends in creator activity, performance drops, and content quality to surface insights.
     
  • Support campaign tracking during peak events (Mega Sales, Flash Sales, GMV pushes).
     
  • Collaborate with the Strategy, Ops, and GMV Max teams to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy.
     
  • Flag issues immediately and deploy fast solutions with relevant departments.
     
  • Ensure the team always has clean, reliable, actionable data.

Success Benchmarks (30–60–90 Days)

30 Days

  • Learn all reporting frameworks, dashboards, trackers, and account health systems.
     
  • Take over daily reporting with 100% accuracy.
     
  • Begin monitoring account health autonomously.
     

60 Days

  • Build new dashboards for GMV, CTR, conversion, and creator-level performance.
     
  • Implement automated alerts for account health issues.
     
  • Improve reporting speed and accuracy across all shops.
     

90 Days

  • Deliver actionable insights that directly increase GMV or reduce shop issues.
     
  • Own all reporting, health monitoring, and performance visibility end-to-end.
     
  • Propose system upgrades for long-term data excellence.
     


Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years experience in e-commerce, reporting, or VA operations
     
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards
     
  • Ability to identify anomalies and flag issues quickly
     
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces, or social commerce 
  • Exceptional attention to detail — zero tolerance for inaccuracies
     
  • High responsibility, reliability, and fast execution
     

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in reporting tools (Airtable, Looker Studio, Google Sheets automation)
     
  • Background in marketplace account health monitoring (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee)
     
  • Basic understanding of creator marketing or paid media analytics
