Role Overview

We’re searching for a highly skilled E-Commerce Supply Chain Coordinator based in Latin America to become a key member of our operations team. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our brands stocked and running smoothly across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shops—while helping us scale globally with efficient and reliable supply chain management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control inventory across online sales channels to ensure consistent product availability.

  • Keep supply chain dashboards and trackers updated for clear, real-time insights.

  • Partner with suppliers and 3PL providers to manage purchase orders, restocks, and fulfillment.

  • Support procurement processes based on demand forecasts and growth targets.

  • Track shipments and resolve logistics challenges to guarantee on-time delivery.

  • Prepare weekly reports on inventory health and operational performance.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.


Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or TikTok Shops.

  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

  • Knowledge of global logistics, shipping, or fulfillment processes.
