🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Media Buyer to join our Performance Marketing team. This remote role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about paid media strategy and campaign performance. You’ll be responsible for building and managing ad campaigns, executing daily optimizations, and making data-driven budget decisions—primarily within Facebook Ads Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and wants to work collaboratively across creative, strategy, and analytics teams to drive growth for high-potential DTC brands.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Launch, manage, and monitor paid social campaigns (primarily Meta) to meet performance targets.
  • Daily Optimizations: Analyze metrics like ROAS, CPA, and revenue to identify opportunities and implement real-time optimizations.
  • Scaling Strategy: Use performance data to guide budget scaling decisions while maintaining campaign efficiency.
  • Reporting & Insights: Extract insights from Meta Ads Manager and other tools to evaluate trends and deliver actionable performance reports.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with copywriters, designers, and strategists to align ad creative with audience and performance goals.
  • Testing & Iteration: Execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and formats to improve campaign performance.


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager (internships, agency, or brand-side accepted)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Familiarity with paid social KPIs, bidding strategies, and media buying fundamentals
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other paid platforms
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks or funnel optimization
  • Exposure to tools like Triple Whale, Shopify Analytics, or Google Analytics
