🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Amazon Coordinator to support our fast-growing presence on Amazon. This position plays a vital role in maintaining and scaling our Amazon storefronts through expert listing management, data reporting, and new product launch support. If you're detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and love using data to improve performance, we’d love to meet you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Listing Creation: Build new product listings using keyword and competitor research from Data Dive, ensuring listings are SEO-optimized and Amazon-compliant.
- Listing Updates & Optimization: Regularly update and enhance product titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend fields, and imagery based on performance data and marketplace trends.
- Listing Management: Monitor listing health, address suppressed/stranded listings, ensure active catalog upkeep, and troubleshoot with Amazon Seller Support when needed.
- Product Launch Support: Assist in the setup, research, and execution of new product launches, leveraging Data Dive insights for keyword strategy, positioning, and content planning.
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Pull and analyze Amazon reports (business, search terms, ad performance, etc.) to track KPIs, identify trends, and support marketing and ops decisions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with creative, supply chain, and marketing teams to keep listings, promotions, and inventory aligned and up to date.
✅ Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central, with hands-on experience managing listings and reporting.
- Proficiency in Amazon tools such as Data Dive, Helium 10, and flat file templates.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Amazon PPC or A+ Content management.
