Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Virtual Assistant to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll help streamline inventory, logistics, and administrative workflows—ensuring our brands stay well-stocked, organized, and positioned for efficient growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory levels across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shops to prevent stockouts or overages.

  • Maintain and update supply chain dashboards, trackers, and spreadsheets for accurate, real-time visibility.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and 3PL partners to manage purchase orders, restocks, and fulfillment.

  • Prepare purchase orders and support procurement activities aligned with demand forecasts.

  • Track shipments end-to-end and troubleshoot any delivery or logistics issues.

  • Generate and deliver weekly reports on inventory status and operational performance.

  • Support the operations team with process improvements, documentation, and data management.


Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in operations, preferably in eCommerce or supply chain.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or TikTok Shops.
  • Experience with inventory or order management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics, shipping timelines, or fulfillment processes.
