Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Virtual Assistant to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll help streamline inventory, logistics, and administrative workflows—ensuring our brands stay well-stocked, organized, and positioned for efficient growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee inventory levels across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shops to prevent stockouts or overages.
Maintain and update supply chain dashboards, trackers, and spreadsheets for accurate, real-time visibility.
Coordinate with suppliers and 3PL partners to manage purchase orders, restocks, and fulfillment.
Prepare purchase orders and support procurement activities aligned with demand forecasts.
Track shipments end-to-end and troubleshoot any delivery or logistics issues.
Generate and deliver weekly reports on inventory status and operational performance.
Support the operations team with process improvements, documentation, and data management.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in operations, preferably in eCommerce or supply chain.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or TikTok Shops.
Experience with inventory or order management systems.
Basic knowledge of logistics, shipping timelines, or fulfillment processes.
